Comment: This book gives a nice comprehensive well organized series of blurbs on the features of Audition. But it is extremely poor at teaching you HOW to use Audition. If you're looking for a skill set to make your own music demo or Indie film you will be very disappointed.

Comment: Just introduction for total newcomer to PC and sound editing, VERY simplified theoretical information is given about the processes (compression, for example), almost all about practice (How-To-Do-It with Cool Edit), some good tips (chapter "Fades and edges" I found as most important and original to me).
